This weekend we officially celebrated the union of Mr. & Mrs. Maitland (aka B!)
It was a beautiful ceremony and we can't believe how quickly the weekend went..we are still reeling! The celebration was phenomenal and while I, (aka M) try to get my bearings back in Cincinnati, B is with her new husband in France for their honeymoon! *swoon*
With no further ado...I would like to present to you, Mr. & Mrs. 'Style Edit'!!
They are FANCY!!

Final Countdown
We are currently at T-Minus 5 days, 22 hours...and some change away from B's nuptials!!
Its "go" time for us here at the Style Edit office! We are packing, grabbing extra safety pins, double sided tape and extra batteries. We are so excited to have all of B's thorough planning come full circle and see her (and her future Mr. Style Edit) in all of their wedded glory!
So back to the packing! B's wedding is in New York and for those who are flying, taking a carry-on is a non-negotiable requirement. (You do not want to be the friend who loses the wedding bands in their checked luggage!) That means lightweight pieces that can perform double duty and tossing the extra fluff! But we're going to New York, and you know we have to rock it, which makes packing prudently even more difficult!
Nevertheless, it is now "Fall" in New York and since we love any excuse to try out new outfits, we've put together a play-by-play of looks that are absolutely perfect from travel to wedding to brunch!

The Bachelorette Night Out! Part I
If you have been on Style Edit any time within the past few months, you have seen our mentioning of the lovely B's upcoming nuptials! However, before the beautiful wedding, comes the fun-filled bachelorette night!!!
Since we are habitually obsessed with finding the perfect outfit for any occasion, why not the bachelorette night? This outfit is crucial. Not as monumental as the brides', or her wedding gown, or your wedding day dress, but it is close!
The options for this night are pretty endless! Dress. Shorts. Skirt. Pants. Colors. Prints. This is the outfit where there are no color or cut requirements!
Depending on the events of the evening will dictate your outfit pretty well, but for the most part, bachelorette groups find themselves dancing and sipping the night away followed by girl talk in pj's!
Here are some options we think will look amazing for the bachelorette night! (Champagne not included)!
Check back next week to see our Part II (when we actually post our looks of the evening)!
