Pop With Peplum!

Peplum originates in the Greek word for 'tunic' and may refer to one of the following:

• A genre of Italian films also known as 'Sword and Sandal'
• Peplos, a kind of women's garment in ancient Greece
• Veil
• Short overskirt that is usually attached to a fitted jacket, blouse or dress

The Peplum trend has stuck around and we saw evidence during NYFW 2012. The MAJOR plus about the Peplum is the short overskirt's ability to hide any unwanted curves in the midsection or hip area OR to add the illusion of a wanted curve! It's fashion magic!!
